Key Responsibilities:Sales:

• Identify and engage potential customers across the Vidarbha region.
• Conduct site visits, load assessments, and feasibility checks.
• Present product offerings, technical solutions, and commercial proposals.
• Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into orders.
• Support in marketing activities, roadshows, and exhibitions.

Service:

• Oversee installation and commissioning of solar PV systems.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing installations.
• Provide technical support and training to customers post-installation.
• Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits and ensure uptime of systems.
• Maintain service logs and reports for every project handled.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in solar power systems is preferred (Freshers with strong technical understanding may also apply).
• Strong communication and client handling skills.
• Willingness to travel across the Vidarbha region.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and net metering.
• Ability to read single-line diagrams and use measuring instruments.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
