Job Title: Sales and Service Engineer Location: Office – Nagpur | Working Area – Vidarbha Region Company: ZestRenew (A leading Renewable Energy Solutions Provider) Employment Type: Full-Time About ZestRenew: ZestRenew is a fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector, specialising in solar power solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Identify and engage potential customers across the Vidarbha region. Conduct site visits, load assessments, and feasibility checks. Present product offerings, technical solutions, and commercial proposals. Maintain strong follow-ups to convert leads into orders. Support in marketing activities, roadshows, and exhibitions. Service: Oversee installation and commissioning of solar PV systems. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of existing installations. Provide technical support and training to customers post-installation. Handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits and ensure uptime of systems. Maintain service logs and reports for every project handled. Required Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in solar power systems is preferred (Freshers with strong technical understanding may also apply). Strong communication and client handling skills. Willingness to travel across the Vidarbha region. Skills Required: Basic knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and net metering. Ability to read single-line diagrams and use measuring instruments. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
