About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Service Engineer to join our team in Zirakpur. This role is ideal for a fresher with a Polytechnic Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation who is eager to build a career in the scientific equipment industry. The candidate will be responsible for supporting customers through technical service, installation, and sales activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation, calibration, and maintenance of scientific instruments and equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers on-site and remotely.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and solutions to clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to customers.
• Maintain proper documentation of service activities, customer interactions, and sales leads.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries to build strong client relationships.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of electronics, instrumentation, and scientific equipment.
• Polytechnic Diploma in electronics and instrumentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
