Role Description

This is a full-time role for a

Sales and Service Engineer

based in Pune. The role involves technical sales principally to the end user customers in the region of Maharashtra and North Karnataka. Knowledge of field services, like installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical seals and sealing systems will be an advantage. The candidate will regularly create value added sales, troubleshoot equipment issues, deliver technical support to clients, and maintain ongoing customer relationships. He will also participate in discussions to recommend tailored solutions and ensure satisfaction with products and services.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales, Troubleshooting and Field Service skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Technical Support and Maintenance & Repair expertise, especially in industrial equipment and sealing systems.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and convey solutions effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to address challenges in a timely manner.
• Relevant work experience in a similar field; mechanical or industrial engineering background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for sales and field services when required.
  

Industrial experience

3-5 years working experience in rotary equipment industry. Experience in a mechanical seal industry will be an added advantage and will have a preference.
