Solar Engineer

Job Description:

ZestRenew is seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining solar power systems for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and assess feasibility for solar installations.
• Design solar PV systems, including panel layout, inverter selection, and system sizing.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and project documentation.
• Supervise installation and commissioning processes.
• Troubleshoot and maintain solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV system design and installation.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in PV system design software.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and grid connectivity.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and industry standards.
• Other Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel for on-site inspections and installations.
