Job Description : ZestRenew is seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining solar power systems for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities : Conduct site surveys and assess feasibility for solar installations. Design solar PV systems, including panel layout, inverter selection, and system sizing. Prepare detailed technical drawings and project documentation. Supervise installation and commissioning processes. Troubleshoot and maintain solar systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Eligibility Criteria : Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent). Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in solar PV system design and installation. Technical Skills : Proficiency in PV system design software. Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and grid connectivity. Knowledge of relevant safety and industry standards. Other Requirements : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
