Job Summary

Sales and Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Southern India
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with close follow-ups
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies.
Assist the Regional Sales Manager as and when required

Service & Technical Support

Install, commission, and configure equipment or systems at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services.
Provide training and technical guidance to customers on proper product usage.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain accurate service reports, records, and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field).
Proven experience of atleast 2-3 years in technical service, ideally within [industry – e.g., industrial machinery, automation, medical devices]. Experience in sales is a plus
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools experience is a plus.
