As a Sales and Service Engineer at our company, located in Agartala and Silchar (NE), you will play a crucial role in providing field service support for ophthalmic equipment including fundus cameras, AMCs, CMCs, and various eyecare devices. With a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, your strong background in Ophthalmology/Eyecare devices will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of medical equipment through breakdown maintenance and repair activities. Your responsibilities will also include conducting troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve issues with medical devices, as well as collaborating with customers to address technical queries related to eye care products. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure the timely completion of scheduled maintenance activities at customer locations.
