We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic person to join the Linseis India team in the Southern India. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate should be a resident of either Chennai/Hyderabad/Bengaluru or similar cities with a good inter-city transportation. The role combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with hands-on technical service and support. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, and ensuring reliable installation, commissioning, and after-sales support of our products and systems. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Southern India Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tenders. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with close follow-ups Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies. Assist the Regional Sales Manager as and when required Service & Technical Support Install, commission, and configure equipment or systems at customer sites. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services. Provide training and technical guidance to customers on proper product usage. Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve complex customer issues. Maintain accurate service reports, records, and documentation. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field). Proven experience of atleast 2-3 years in technical service, ideally within [industry – e.g., industrial machinery, automation, medical devices]. Experience in sales is a plus Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex systems. Excellent communication skills. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel frequently to client sites. Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools experience is a plus.
