Job Description

We are seeking result-oriented professionals to join our team in the Life Insurance sector. This role focuses on recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Financial Advisors to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and train Financial Advisors for life insurance sales.
  • Motivate and guide the team to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  • Support team members with product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Build lasting client relationships through excellent service and support.
  • Monitor performance and maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Participate in meetings, campaigns, and sales events to boost productivity.


Candidate Profile:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 2 years in Sales / Marketing (Insurance or BFSI preferred).
  • Education:

    Graduate or above (mandatory).
  • Skills:

    Good communication, leadership, and networking skills.
  • Traits:

    Self-driven, confident, and passionate about achieving goals.
  • Age:

    24 to 40 years preferred.


Compensation & Incentives:

  • CTC:

    ₹3.00 LPA – ₹4.00 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance).
