Sales And Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Identify, visit, and engage with potential clients such as schools, builders, clubs, institutions, and government departments in and around Vizag and coastal Andhra region.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Conduct detailed site visits to assess client requirements and coordinate with the Engineering team for feasibility.
• Coordinate with the Hyderabad Head Office for quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Ensure end-to-end follow-up — from enquiry to order booking, project coordination, and payment collection.
• Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM and report daily/weekly updates to the Zonal Manager.

Marketing:

• Support local marketing and promotional activities including exhibitions, client meets, and demo setups.
• Build brand visibility in the region through networking and local partnerships.
• Liaise with the digital marketing team for regional campaigns and content requirements.
• Gather client feedback, testimonials, and on-site visuals for marketing use.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication in

  Telugu, English, and Hindi (preferred)

• Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of project-based sales in

  construction, building materials, or sports infra

  sectors.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Education:

  Any Graduate or MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).

• Experience:

  2–6 years in B2B/B2C Sales, preferably in Sports Infra, Construction, or Building Materials.

• Must Have:

  Two-wheeler and willingness to travel across assigned regions.

• Reporting To:

  Zonal Sales Manager / Head – Sales & Marketing.
