Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Work)
Location: New Delhi Experience Required: 0–3 Years / as per your requirementCompany: Fire and Personal Safety Enterprises.Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive who can handle both office-based marketing activities and field sales operations. The candidate must be confident, good at communication, and capable of meeting clients in the field to generate business and promote company products/services.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales ActivitiesIdentify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, calls, and market research.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.2. Marketing ActivitiesSupport in creating marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness activities.Assist in social media marketing, online promotions, and content support.Distribute marketing materials in the field (brochures, flyers, pamphlets).Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events.3. Field WorkVisit clients, distributors, dealers, and market locations as assigned.Conduct area mapping and identify new market opportunities.Represent the company professionally during all field activities.Provide accurate daily/weekly field reports to the manager.4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain sales records, client data, and follow-up schedules.Prepare daily/weekly sales and activity reports.Coordinate with office staff for order processing, billing, and customer support.Skills & Qualifications Required:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in the field.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Basic understanding of sales & marketing principles.Familiarity with local geography and market conditions.Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.Salary Range: As per company standardsJob Type: Full-time (Field + Office Work
