We’re now looking for a battle-tested Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven agency or consultancy experience to join our high-performing team. If you’ve successfully sold marketing and growth solutions before, understand how to speak to business pain points, and have the ambition to consistently smash targets -this is the role for you.

The Role

As our SDR, you will be the driving force behind new business acquisition. You’ll identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through a structured sales workflow - taking them from first contact through to booked strategy calls for our consulting and marketing teams. This role requires self-sufficiency, commercial intelligence, and the ability to thrive without hand-holding. You’ll be expected to: ● Build and manage your own prospect lists using research, tools, and outbound strategies. ● Understand business challenges and pain points, and present solutions that align with our service offerings. ● Sell high-value solutions including: ○ PPC & Paid Ads Campaign Management ○ Web Experience ○ E-Commerce Builds ○ Automations and ERP integration ○ SEO & Organic Growth Services ○ Full-Funnel 360 Customer Solutions (GTM) ○ Growth Consulting & Strategy Hours

What We’re Looking For

● Proven success in an SDR or BDR role within an agency or consultancy environment (B2B). ● Track record of selling PPC, SEO, consulting, and marketing services. ● Strong understanding of business operations and growth challenges - able to consultatively sell against pain points. ● Highly ambitious, target-driven, and resilient under pressure. ● Ability to self-source leads without relying solely on inbound marketing. ● Skilled in CRM management (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). ● Strong organisational and time-management skills - able to manage a sales pipeline end-to-end. ● Confident communicator (verbal and written) with exceptional objection handling skills. ● Comfortable working autonomously while being part of a collaborative, high-performance team.
