Role Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

·       Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and expand market share.

·       Client Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.

·       Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track progress.

·       Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

·       Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products and services offered by the company.

·       Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate deals and close sales agreements.

·       Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.

·       Brand Management: Manage the company's brand identity and reputation.

·       Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.

·       Content Creation: Create marketing materials (brochures, website content, social media posts).

·       Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO).

·       Event Management: Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.

·       Performance Tracking: Track and analyse marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with each other to align sales and marketing efforts.

·       Product Promotion: Collaborate on product promotions and launches.

·       Customer Engagement: Ensure consistent customer engagement and experience.

Education Qualification and Experience:

·       Should be a BBA or MBA with Sales and Marketing.

·       5-6 years of experience in Industrial Equipment Trading business.

·       Should be able to speak in Odia, Hindi and English languages.

·       Should be aware of Odisha markets and potential customers.

Base Location:

·       Position will be based in Rourkela, Odisha
