Roles & Responsibilities Must have proven experience in Banking Product Development (Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, or Transaction Processing). Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices . Develop and integrate REST APIs for critical banking services (payments, transactions, deposits, loans, customer onboarding). Work with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases , ensuring ACID compliance and high-volume transaction optimization. Implement real-time messaging & event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ . Deploy applications on AWS / GCP / Azure with Docker & Kubernetes for containerization, orchestration, and high availability. Ensure Banking Security & Compliance (Spring Security, PCI DSS, KYC/AML, RBI guidelines, Data Encryption, Tokenization). Optimize performance for low-latency, high-throughput financial systems handling millions of daily transactions.
