Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Must have proven experience in Banking Product Development (Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, or Transaction Processing).
Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.
Develop and integrate REST APIs for critical banking services (payments, transactions, deposits, loans, customer onboarding).
Work with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, ensuring ACID compliance and high-volume transaction optimization.
Implement real-time messaging & event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
Deploy applications on AWS / GCP / Azure with Docker & Kubernetes for containerization, orchestration, and high availability.
Ensure Banking Security & Compliance (Spring Security, PCI DSS, KYC/AML, RBI guidelines, Data Encryption, Tokenization).
Optimize performance for low-latency, high-throughput financial systems handling millions of daily transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver banking features on time.
