Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Medical Device Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team and drive business expansion across Eastern India. This role combines post-sales support excellence with proactive business development in the healthcare sector.

Location: Siliguri, Kolkata, and North Bengal region

Travel Required: Extensive field visits across the region

Key Responsibilities

Post-Sales Support & Customer Success

  • Installation Coordination: Oversee seamless setup and installation of ventilator systems in hospitals and home care environments
  • Technical Training: Deliver comprehensive product training and demonstrations to:
  • Medical staff and healthcare professionals
  • Technical support teams
  • Patient caregivers and family members
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Serve as primary liaison for customer inquiries, technical support, and service requests
  • Maintain detailed service documentation and client interaction logs
  • Generate feedback reports and customer satisfaction assessments
  • Service Excellence: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and ongoing support for deployed medical devices

Marketing & Business Development

  • Market Expansion: Actively promote Mindtrack's ventilator portfolio and services to:
  • Hospitals and multi-specialty clinics
  • Home healthcare providers
  • Long-term care facilities
  • Field Sales Activities:
  • Conduct strategic field visits and client meetings
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and live demonstrations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Digital Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to enhance local lead generation campaigns and market penetration strategies
  • Business Intelligence: Identify emerging market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and industry networking events
  • Industry Representation: Represent Mindtrack at healthcare exhibitions, medical conferences, and professional seminars

Sales Operations & Administration

  • Order Management: Coordinate end-to-end order processing, inventory tracking, and delivery logistics
  • Sales Support: Assist sales teams with:
  • Quotation preparation and pricing proposals
  • Tender document compilation and submission
  • Technical specifications and compliance documentation
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer databases, lead tracking, and interaction histories in company systems

Required Qualifications Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in:
  • Marketing or Business Administration
  • Biomedical Engineering
  • Life Sciences
  • Healthcare Management
  • Related technical field

Professional Experience

  • MANDATORY: 1–3 years of proven experience in healthcare industry sales
  • Preferred: Background in medical equipment sales, service, or distribution
  • Advantageous: Experience with respiratory care equipment or critical care devices

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and client management capabilities
  • Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of ventilator systems or medical device technology (training provided)
  • Communication: Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English (written and verbal)
  • Mobility: Valid driving license and access to personal two-wheeler transportation
