Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead our business development efforts and amplify our brand presence. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams—including leading multiple Business Development Managers and their teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and retention strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of 4 Business Development Managers and their respective teams to maximize performance
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and growth targets for the BDMs and monitor execution
• Collaborate closely with marketing to create impactful campaigns that support sales objectives
• Evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategies
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Oversee the CRM and ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on progress, performance, and projections

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong people management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,679.74 - ₹35,941.99 per month
