Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategies that drive business growth. This role is pivotal in promoting Arteva Group's services, strengthening client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Identify emerging market trends and align strategies to capitalize on opportunities. Drive branding initiatives to establish Arteva Group as a market leader. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships. Sales Performance: Lead the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and refine strategies. Explore new business opportunities through market research and networking. Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the design and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics for optimal results. Collaborate with the creative team to produce impactful marketing materials. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare detailed reports on sales and marketing activities for management review. Leverage analytics to measure ROI and refine future strategies. Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team. Organize training sessions to upskill team members and enhance productivity. Eligibility and Qualifications Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required). A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is preferred. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the resort infrastructure sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Hindi and English. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools is a plus. Other Requirements: Availability to work flexible shifts, including day, morning, rotational, and weekends. Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
