Roles and Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Arteva Group's growth by building and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Client Acquisition:

o Identify and engage potential clients .

o Present Arteva’s services and offerings effectively to prospective clients.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

o Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

o Analyze competitors and develop strategies to stay ahead.

3. Strategic Planning:

o Develop and implement business development strategies.

o Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.

4. Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

o Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and feedback.

5. Target Achievement:

o Meet and exceed revenue targets and growth objectives.

o Track and report progress against business development goals.

6. Coordination and Collaboration:

o Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align business objectives.

o Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to organizational growth plans.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in business development or a similar role (preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with resort and infrastructure sectors (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotational shifts.
