Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in the Security and Facility Management Services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing sales and marketing strategies, driving business growth, enhancing brand awareness, and managing customer relationships for our suite of security and facility management services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company goals and drive revenue growth for security and facility management services.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Brand Development: Enhance and promote the company’s brand presence across all marketing channels, including digital platforms, events, advertising, and public relations.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage online marketing campaigns, social media presence, and content creation to drive inbound leads and brand awareness.
  • Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze sales data to optimize strategies and achieve targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure that sales proposals, contracts, and client expectations align with service capabilities.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and support the sales and marketing team to achieve their targets and professional growth.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective initiatives with measurable ROI.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the security, facility management, or related services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of security and facility management services, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media strategies, and content management.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team while fostering collaboration and motivation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Knowledge of specific security systems and facility management tools.
  • Experience with B2B sales and multi-service offerings.
  • Familiarity with tendering and procurement processes for large corporate clients.
