Vacancy: Sales and Digital Marketing Manager

In this pivotal role, you will drive our business growth by building strong client relationships, developing effective sales strategies, and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in positioning Kasa Design Studios as a leading name in interior and architectural design.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify potential clients and convert leads into successful projects.
• Conduct consultations, presentations, and negotiations with clients to close deals.
• Build partnerships with builders, architects, and property consultants to generate referrals.
• Maintain client records and sales reports to track performance and forecast growth.

Digital Marketing & Branding:

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Oversee SEO, website updates, and online lead generation strategies.
• Create and manage engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and design aesthetics.
• Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns for better reach and ROI.
• Manage brand visibility across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

Market Research & Insights:

• Stay informed about interior design trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Use analytics tools to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Guide and mentor marketing and sales executives to achieve team goals.
• Collaborate with design, operations, and content teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and client events.

Educational Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2 years of experience in sales and digital marketing, preferably in interior design, architecture, or luxury retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, CRM platforms).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Creative thinker with an understanding of branding and aesthetics.
