About the Role

Are you an ambitious and confident professional ready to take the lead in sales?
We’re looking for a female Sales & Marketing Manager who can manage both office and field operations — from generating leads to closing deals with industrial clients who require helical gears, worm gears, sprocket gears, complete gearboxes, and loose gears.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients in the industrial sector.
• Visit clients (company car provided) to understand requirements and offer solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Create and execute marketing strategies to boost sales.
• Negotiate effectively and close deals with clients.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams for order coordination.
• Maintain proper sales reports, lead follow-ups, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• MBA in Sales & Marketing (required).
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial/B2B product sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, goal-oriented, and proactive personality.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Basic technical understanding of gears/mechanical products (preferred).
