Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our outbound lead generation and in-house email marketing efforts. This strategic role bridges multiple teams and functions, ensuring smooth execution, tracking, and optimization of our outreach processes. You will work closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to maximize lead conversion and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Management:

○ Act as the primary point of contact for the external lead generation agency.

○ Coordinate lead generation campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals.

○ Monitor performance and provide actionable feedback to improve quality and efficiency.

Email Marketing Coordination:

○ Collaborate with the in-house email marketing and data mining teams to plan and execute targeted email campaigns.

○ Ensure audience segmentation, personalization, and compliance best practices are followed.

Lead Distribution & Tracking:

○ Assign qualified leads to the Business Development (BD) team using CRM tools.

○ Track lead status, follow up on progress, and ensure timely updates from the BD team.

○ Maintain lead hygiene and reporting dashboards within the CRM.

CRM Management:

○ Oversee and manage CRM workflows, campaigns, and reporting.

○ Leverage CRM insights to identify trends and refine outreach strategies.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

○ Liaise between co-founder, marketing, BD, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of marketing and sales strategies.

○ Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance and lead conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 5–6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations roles.

● Proven experience in managing external agencies and internal marketing operations.

● Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

● Strong understanding of lead generation and email marketing practices.

● Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

● Highly organized with an eye for detail and follow-up.

● Experience in a startup or tech-driven environment preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
