We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our lead generation and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospects, and converting them into long-term clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads.
Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
Nurture leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and content strategies.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Track KPIs, sales targets, and conversion metrics to continuously improve sales processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Mentor and lead a team of sales executives (if applicable).
