Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and follow up on potential leads.
  • Generate and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Send emails, proposals, and product/service information professionally.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Keep a record of calls and sales and note useful information.

Required Skills:

  • Proven sales and telecalling experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Good knowledge of
