Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and follow up on potential leads. Generate and convert leads into business opportunities. Handle customer inquiries and resolve queries efficiently. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of client requirements. Send emails, proposals, and product/service information professionally. Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet weekly/monthly sales targets. Keep a record of calls and sales and note useful information. Required Skills: Proven sales and telecalling experience (minimum 2 years). Good knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good understanding of email etiquette and formal communication. Strong negotiation and convincing skills . Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Active, responsible, and self-motivated personality.
