*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a *strategic and results-driven Sales Manager* to lead the schools sales and admissions initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving enrollment growth, building strong relationships with parents and partners, and developing sales strategies aligned with the school’s vision. This role requires leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Sales Strategy & Planning*
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve enrollment targets.
* Identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
* Plan and implement campaigns, events, and initiatives to promote the school.
*2. Team Leadership & Management*
* Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and sales team.
* Set team targets, monitor performance, and implement incentive programs.
* Conduct regular training and development to enhance team effectiveness.
*3. Parent & Partner Engagement*
* Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, corporates, and community partners.
* Ensure high-quality communication and support throughout the admissions process.
* Address concerns and feedback to enhance parent satisfaction.
*4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting*
* Track and analyze admissions data, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
* Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales performance and forecasts.
* Recommend corrective actions to achieve targets and optimize processes.
*5. Brand & Market Development*
* Represent the school at events, exhibitions, and community activities.
* Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns for maximum reach and impact.
* Promote the school’s programs and unique value propositions effectively.
*Qualifications & Skills:*
* Bachelor’s degree; MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.
* Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in education or related sectors.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
* Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions.
*Working Days:* Monday to Saturday
*Understanding the nature of the work this role will have to work with flexibility*
