Role Overview

Marketing & Sales Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify leads, clients, and emerging opportunities
• Support client outreach, lead generation, and timely follow-ups
• Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients
• Manage and update sales databases and CRM tools
• Coordinate with artisan partners to align sales opportunities with available products/services
• Contribute to business development by identifying partnerships and collaborations
• Track sales progress, prepare weekly reports, and suggest improvements
• Support logistics and client communications for sustainability projects

Qualifications & Skills

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Strong interest in sustainability, crafts, and social impact
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and research skills for identifying opportunities
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn sales strategy in a startup environment
