Position: Sales And Marketing Intern Location: Remote Duration: 3 months (October–December 2025) Working Days: Monday to Friday Stipend: ₹5,000/month About Bare Craft Bare Craft is a social innovation startup bridging the gap between rural artisan communities and global markets through an AI-enabled platform. We empower artisans and promote eco-conscious practices through our sustainability services - sustainable gifting, sustainable tourism, sustainability reporting, and workshops . Role Overview We are seeking a driven and dynamic Marketing & Sales Intern to join Bare Craft for a three-month term. The intern will work directly with the Founder , driving sales initiatives and supporting client engagement across our sustainability services. This is a hands-on role with exposure to real-world sales strategy, client relationships, and business development. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify leads, clients, and emerging opportunities Support client outreach, lead generation, and timely follow-ups Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients Manage and update sales databases and CRM tools Coordinate with artisan partners to align sales opportunities with available products/services Contribute to business development by identifying partnerships and collaborations Track sales progress, prepare weekly reports, and suggest improvements Support logistics and client communications for sustainability projects Qualifications & Skills Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field Strong interest in sustainability, crafts, and social impact Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and research skills for identifying opportunities Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn sales strategy in a startup environment What You’ll Gain Direct mentorship and guidance from the Founder Hands-on sales and business development experience in a growing social enterprise Opportunity to contribute to projects with measurable social and environmental impact Certificate of Internship upon successful completion Applications: Accepted on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
