Job title: Sales and Marketing Associate

Location: India (Remote/Field – Flexible)

Employment Duration: 3–6 Months. Top performers can expect regular tenures even after mentioned appraisal.

Stipend: Attractive salary (Performance-based + Certificate + PPO Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Growth:

  Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets by driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and building strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders across India.

• Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns both online and offline, while supervising branding, advertising, promotional activities, and managing the organization’s digital presence and social media to enhance brand visibility.

• Market Insight & Collaboration:

  Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships; analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to guide business decisions; and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align brand strategy with business objectives.

Essential Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; regional languages a plus).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Passion for sales, marketing & brand-building.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude.

Desirable

• Experience (even at college level) in sales, marketing campaigns, social media, or business development.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing, or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with aesthetic/healthcare/cosmetic industry trends.
• Creative thinking for content creation & branding strategies.
• Willingness to travel across regions for fieldwork when required.
