As a Sales and Marketing Intern at Kramate Pvt Ltd, located in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in implementing sales strategies and marketing plans to support the sales team in achieving their goals. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, conducting market research, preparing marketing materials, and participating in sales presentations and training sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market and competitive research to identify potential customers and analyze market trends and competitors to inform sales and marketing strategies. - Support outreach efforts through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate leads, and help qualify prospects for the sales team. - Keep customer records updated, manage CRM systems, and maintain accurate sales data to ensure effective communication and tracking of sales activities. - Assist in developing marketing assets such as brochures, email newsletters, and social media posts, support promotional activities, and contribute to campaign execution. - Help prepare and present sales decks, proposals, and attend meetings or calls to support sales processes and ensure effective communication with clients. - Organize promotional events or webinars, coordinate logistics, and assist with execution and follow-up to drive engagement and lead generation. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with customers and support the sales team. - Sales and sales management skills to contribute to lead generation and sales processes. - Experience in providing support for training sessions to assist in the development of sales team members. - Ability to work on-site in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh to collaborate with the team effectively. - Proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field to bring relevant knowledge and skills to the role. Stipend: You will receive a stipend of 5,000 per month during the 6-month internship duration. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will have the opportunity to be offered a full-time job with a salary range of 10,000 to 15,000 along with incentives.,
