Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, based in Kochi. The intern will engage in daily responsibilities including supporting sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, assisting in sales management tasks, and contributing to marketing campaigns. Responsibilities also include delivering training sessions and promoting the company's solutions to ensure growth and customer satisfaction. The intern will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and provide quality support.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to understand and contribute to business growth strategies.
• Experience in Training and presentation skills to educate clients and stakeholders on products and solutions.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the education industry or edtech solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
