Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive / ManagerPosition SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This role combines hands-on sales activities with planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and increase revenue. Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to meet sales targets. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. Marketing ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to promote products/services. Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO, etc.). Create marketing content such as brochures, posts, ads, and presentations. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and growth opportunities. Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication channels. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI. Participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Creative thinking with data-driven decision-making capability. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Preferred QualificationsExperience in [insert industry—e.g., FMCG, software, real estate, manufacturing]. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
