1. Sales Strategy & Execution Understand the sales execution plan and break it down into detailed activities. Identify target markets and develop sales strategies to generate leads and expand the customer base. Work closely with strategic vendors and channel partners to ensure timely product and service delivery. Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and BOQ estimates to potential clients. Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance and achieve revenue targets.
2. Technical Consultation & Business Development Conduct feasibility studies and market research to identify business opportunities and risks. Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to clients based on their requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
3. Risk & Issue Management Identify potential sales and marketing risks, industry challenges, and technical constraints. Implement corrective actions and develop risk mitigation strategies. Communicate roadblocks to internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
4. Marketing & Brand Development Develop and execute technical marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness. Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and technical webinars. Track marketing performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track project site progress, sales conversions, and marketing performance against set milestones. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on market trends, customer feedback, and sales achievements.
6. Process Improvement & Innovation Identify opportunities for process improvements in sales, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives. Leverage new technologies and industry trends to improve technical sales and marketing efforts.
7. Compliance & Customer Satisfaction Ensure compliance with industry standards, technical regulations, and company policies. Promote a customer-centric approach by delivering high-quality service and technical support. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including proposals, contracts, technical specifications, and progress reports.
