Job Description

Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales & Customer Handling

  • Handle daily inbound/outbound B2B enquiries from manufacturing clients.
  • Visit customer machine shops and understand tooling requirements (solid carbide tools, PCD, HSS, special tools).
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Collect customer requirements, samples, drawings, and provide basic technical support.

Marketing & Follow-Ups

  • Follow up on quotations, samples, PO status, and dispatch updates.
  • Maintain CRM / Excel records for all customer interactions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecast planning, and market research insights.
  • Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and online promotions.

Technical Coordination

  • Coordinate with the

    Production, Tool Design, QC, and Dispatch teams

    for smooth order execution.
  • Understand basic tool parameters (Flutes, Helix, Coating, Step tools, Endmills, Drills, Reamers).
  • Communicate customer feedback to the technical team for improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication & customer interaction skills.
  • Basic understanding of machining, CNC processes, or cutting tools (training will be provided).
  • Good follow-up discipline and ability to close orders.
  • Team coordination, documentation, and report preparation.
  • Confident in phone calls, WhatsApp business communication, and email drafting.

Qualifications

  • Any Degree / Diploma (Mechanical or related field preferred).
  • 13 years experience in B2B industrial sales OR freshers with high interest in tools technology.
  • Two-wheeler required for customer visits (if applicable).
