Sales and Marketing Engineer

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager (PEB) at our company, your main responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic marketing and business development initiatives to promote our PEB solutions, enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development & Lead Generation: Drive business development activities and generate leads effectively. - Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote PEB solutions. - Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Engage with clients, maintain relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. - Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to stay updated on industry trends and competitors. - Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams and prepare necessary reports for management. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with an MBA in Marketing (preferred). - Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in Sales/Marketing within the PEB or construction/infrastructure sector. - Languages: Proficiency in English and local regional language(s). - Strong knowledge of PEB structures, steel buildings, and the construction industry.
