Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of expanding our footprint across cooperative banks and credit societies. This entry-level role is ideal for ambitious MBA graduates who are eager to build a career in fintech and thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard cooperative banks and credit societies for neobanking transformation
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and client needs
• Build and nurture client relationships through consultative selling and solution-based pitches
• Collaborate with internal teams (product and tech) to tailor offerings for clients
• Participate in promotional campaigns, demos, and fintech awareness drives
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets

Qualifications

• MBA (Sales/Marketing specialization) from a recognized institution
• Strong interest in fintech, financial inclusion, and digital transformation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to travel and engage with clients across regions

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of cooperative banking structures and challenges
• Exposure to CRM tools and lead generation platforms
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluency in regional languages is a must.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
