Sales and Business Development Manager

As a Sales and Business Development Manager in our company based in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Your strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and ability to foster lasting client relationships will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients - Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape - Develop and present compelling sales pitches and proposals - Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients and partners - Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction - Consistently achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Maintain accurate sales pipeline and utilize CRM tools for reporting - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities - Provide valuable feedback to product and leadership teams for continuous improvement.
