Job description FRESHERS WITH MINIMUM 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE WOMEN CANDIDATES ONLY Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients for SaaS products in the Neo Banking industry. Build relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer requirements. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales processes. Desired Candidate Profile 6 months- 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Sales. Proficiency in LOCAL LANGUAGE (Non Negotiable) Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel from 7 to 10 days (staggered) in a month.
