Job Description

Position Summary

The Sales and Business Development Executive (Sales BDE) will focus on lead generation, opportunity development, and early-stage sales activities for recruitment and employer-sponsored immigration solutions. This role supports the sales team by building a strong pipeline of qualified employer leads.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, referrals, and partnerships
  • Identify employers requiring blue- and grey-collar talent via sponsored immigration programs.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and timelines
  • Present high-level recruitment and immigration solutions to prospective clients.
  • Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to Sales Managers\
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Support proposal preparation and follow-ups.
  • Track market trends and share insights with the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead and opportunity targets.

Candidate Profile

  • 5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation

  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
