Sales Account Manager -(US)


Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar

Department: IT Sales

Experience: 2-7 Years

Office Timings- 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM (On-site)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Development:

     Proactively develop new client relationships through outreach and insights into potential client needs, aligning with AI Certs' offerings. 
  • Lead Response and Conversion:

     Respond promptly to leads from marketing initiatives, assess sales potential, and ensure vigorous follow-up to transform prospects into active clients. 
  • Client Engagement:

     Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and strategic interactions, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Negotiation and Closure:

     Drive negotiations and close deals effectively, leveraging a deep understanding of AI Certs' services and the competitive landscape. 
  • Business Development Strategy:

     Implement targeted strategies to capture new business opportunities, following strategic sales plans and channel playbooks. 
  • Industry Networking:

     Actively participate in industry events and conferences to network with prospective clients and boost AI Certs' market presence. 
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration:

     Work alongside other departments to align business development strategies with broader company objectives, ensuring unified progress towards client success. 
  • Sales Effectiveness Monitoring:

     Track and optimize the effectiveness of sales and business development activities through comprehensive metrics and data analysis.
