Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our IT services and technology solutions, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and propose customized technology solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in IT sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS products, and digital services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
