Sales Closer

The ideal candidate is a master of persuasion, a disciplined negotiator, and someone who thrives on the adrenaline of hitting "Sent" on a signed contract.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute High-Stakes Demos:

    Conduct deep-dive discovery phone calls and product demonstrations that speak directly to the prospect's pain points.
  • Manage the Pipeline:

    Take ownership of a pipeline of qualified leads (SQLs) and move them through the final stages of the funnel.
  • Overcome Objections:

    Expertly navigate complex pushback regarding pricing, implementation, or competition.
  • Negotiate and Close:

    Manage the entire closing process, from initial proposal to final contract signature.
  • Collaborate with SDRs:

    Provide feedback to the Sales Development team to ensure the quality of leads remains high.
  • CRM Hygiene:

    Maintain meticulous records in [CRM Name, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot] to ensure accurate sales forecasting.

  • Skills & Qualifications
    • Experience:

      2+ years of experience in a closing role (Account Executive, Closers, etc.), preferably in [Industry, e.g., SaaS or B2B].
    • Closing Instinct:

      A proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
    • Communication:

      Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to command a room (or a Zoom call).
    • Emotional Intelligence:

      The ability to read between the lines, build instant rapport, and understand the "why" behind a buyer's decision.
    • Resilience:

      A "hunter" mentality with the thick skin required to handle rejection and the persistence to follow up until the deal is done.
