SAFe Scrum Master

Role Overview: As a Scrum Master at Academian, you will be responsible for driving Agile product delivery and ensuring the successful implementation of Agile and Lean methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. With your proven experience of 5-10 years, you will lead a large team towards continuous improvement and efficient value delivery. Your solution-oriented approach, coupled with strong communication and coordination skills, will be instrumental in establishing Agile change and risk management strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Agile product delivery and champion Agile and Lean methodologies - Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices - Identify and address impediments and bottlenecks hindering progress - Implement, measure, and monitor key KPIs and metrics for value delivery efficiencies - Lead process improvements and utilize various process improvement methods - Utilize Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc. - Manage Backlog effectively and ensure delivery with a team of at least 10 members Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master with large teams - Good knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Agile certification like CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP is a plus - Experience with Backlog Management - Ability to work from the Pune Office is desirable - Immediate availability is preferred Additional Details of the Company: Academian is a carve out of Intraedge Inc., an established IT services company.
