RPA Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and test RPA and Document Understanding solutions using the UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, etc. ).
• Build and optimize intelligent document processing workflows, including document classification, data extraction, validation, and consumption by downstream applications.
• Integrate Document Understanding solutions with other enterprise applications, APIs, and legacy systems.
• Adhere to a strict RPA development lifecycle, including robust exception handling, logging, and security protocols.
• Drive end-to-end execution of the ongoing RPA project.
• Support infrastructure provisioning and integration efforts.
• Interpret and manage business requirements (BRDs).
• Monitor platform performance and propose improvements.
• Act as a techno-functional liaison between business and technical teams.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for UiPath Document Understanding and RPA best practices.
• Lead the design and architectural planning for complex end-to-end automation solutions, from process analysis to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Work with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for automation with a focus on unstructured and semi-structured data extraction.
• Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot deployed automations, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Continuously seek out opportunities to improve existing automations, optimize performance, and reduce operational costs.
  

Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using the full UiPath Document Understanding framework.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 4 years focused on RPA development using UiPath.
• Strong business analysis and requirement gathering capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid grasp of infrastructure setup for automation environments.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic (preferred but not mandatory).
• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification.
• Knowledge of SQL for database operations.
• Knowledge on Automation Suite Installation.
