RPA Developer

As a highly skilled and experienced RPA Developer, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform and associated technologies at Indevia Accounting Pvt Ltd. Your role will involve designing, developing, testing, and deploying end-to-end RPA solutions, integrating Power Automate with various tools such as MS Access, SQL Server, Excel (VBA), APIs, and Power BI. You will work closely with the Manager (Automation COE) and SVP Automation and Technology to support existing and new automation projects. Collaborating with the Operations teams, you will identify areas with automation potential and translate requirements into automation workflows. Your responsibilities will also include refactoring existing automation scripts, troubleshooting and supporting production bots, and maintaining technical documentation. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in RPA development, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or HR automation. Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, MS Access, MS SQL Server, Power Query, Power BI, VBA, Python scripting, and cloud-based applications is essential. A Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with an Accounting background considered a plus. Additionally, certifications in Power Automate and knowledge of Tableau for reporting automation are preferred.
