Job Description

As an experienced RPA Developer with over 10 years of expertise, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath. You should possess a strong command of UiPath Studio, Robots, Orchestrator, and associated tools to create automation solutions based on business and technical requirements. Collaboration with Business Analysts is crucial to convert manual rules into automated commands effectively. Your role will involve conducting architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of automation deployments. You will review technical documentation and serve as an escalation point for any automation issues that may arise. Driving best practice design and development of reusable and scalable components is essential, including the identification of reusable elements, queues, and configurable parameters. Analyzing complex processes and converting them into automated workflows will be a core aspect of your responsibilities. Integration of UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and web services is key. You will also be involved in rigorous automation testing, including unit testing, user acceptance testing, bug fixes, and peer code assessments. Demonstrated experience in RPA solution architecture and best practices is required, along with the responsibility for knowledge transfer to team members. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to UiPath solutions effectively is a critical skill set. Having a solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies will be beneficial in this role. In addition to technical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders, team members, and clients. You should be able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to make decisions under pressure. Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, is required. Working well in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building positive relationships with strong interpersonal skills are important attributes. Adaptability to changing requirements, working in a fast-paced environment, and eagerness to learn new technologies are key qualities for success in this role. Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and mentor junior developers, along with the initiative to drive projects to successful completion, are essential. The ability to work independently, identify opportunities for additional value, and familiarity with the insurance domain would be beneficial for this position.,
