Clarabridge: Customer experience management platform. Calabrio: Workforce optimization and analytics tool. DiscoverXM (Qualtrics): Experience management platform. Shelf: Knowledge management platform. IT RESPONSIBILITIES: IT ensures the technical stability and scalability of contact center platforms, including: Technology Strategy: Develop and execute the shared vision for contact center technology.
