Responsibilities Develop, configure, and test RPA and Document Understanding solutions using the UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, etc. ). Build and optimize intelligent document processing workflows, including document classification, data extraction, validation, and consumption by downstream applications. Integrate Document Understanding solutions with other enterprise applications, APIs, and legacy systems. Adhere to a strict RPA development lifecycle, including robust exception handling, logging, and security protocols. Drive end-to-end execution of the ongoing RPA project. Support infrastructure provisioning and integration efforts. Interpret and manage business requirements (BRDs). Monitor platform performance and propose improvements. Act as a techno-functional liaison between business and technical teams. Serve as the subject matter expert for UiPath Document Understanding and RPA best practices. Lead the design and architectural planning for complex end-to-end automation solutions, from process analysis to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Work with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to analyze and document business processes, identifying opportunities for automation with a focus on unstructured and semi-structured data extraction. Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot deployed automations, resolving issues in a timely manner. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve existing automations, optimize performance, and reduce operational costs. Requirements Proven, hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using the full UiPath Document Understanding framework. 5-7 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 4 years focused on RPA development using UiPath. Strong business analysis and requirement gathering capabilities. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Solid grasp of infrastructure setup for automation environments. Good stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluency in Arabic (preferred but not mandatory). UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification. Knowledge of SQL for database operations. Knowledge on Automation Suite Installation.
