About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting & Dashboard Automation :
• Automate end-to-end reporting pipelines from raw data extraction to delivery using scripts, APIs, or automation tools.
• Build, optimize, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Implement automated report scheduling and distribution via email, portals, or embedded dashboards.
• AI & Scripting Integration :
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GPT-based systems, Python automation, or other LLM frameworks) to enhance data preparation, analysis, and report generation.
• Use Python, R, or other scripting languages to clean, transform, and aggregate data for advanced analytics.
• Apply AI-driven solutions for improving reporting accuracy, personalization, and decision support.
• Data Analysis & Insights :
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business and operational teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data requirements that align with business objectives.
• Automation & Integration :
• Integrate and automate workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom API connections.
• Set up automated alerts, anomaly detection, and triggers to proactively inform teams of significant data changes.
• Optional / Preferred Contributions :
• Support lead generation and CRM enrichment using LinkedIn automation or other prospecting tools.
• Develop lightweight AI chatbots or Q&A systems for instant reporting queries (optional).
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Data Visualization Expertise : Proven ability to create clean, insightful, and interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Scripting & Automation : Experience with Python, R, or similar for data transformation and process automation.
• AI/ML Familiarity : Exposure to GPT, LLMs, or AI-powered reporting tools.
• Integration Knowledge : Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Analytical Rigor : Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and clarity in reporting.
• Communication Skills : Fluent English, with strong written and visual storytelling capabilities.
  

Nice To Have

• Experience in LinkedIn automation, CRM enrichment, or lead generation workflows.
• Understanding of prompt engineering for AI-assisted reporting.
• Prior client-facing reporting or analytics experience.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS Redshift.
